12 Best Things To Do In Hsinchu, Taiwan

What are some of the best things to do in Hsinchu, Taiwan?

After all, when people talk about Taiwan, often times you’ll see them mention Taipei as being the best city to go to. Mainly for its amazing culture, nightlife as well as delicious foods.

However most people tend to say just that.

They don’t really mention any other cities in Taiwan.

Which I think is a shame because a lot of these cities, although aren’t as popular as Taipei, still have some great things about them.

One of my personal favorites is Hsinchu, which is located in the northern part of Taiwan, just under Taipei itself. It is about an hour ride to reach Hsinchu from Taipei by most forms of transportation.

It is known as the windy city and holds quite a bit of things for visitors to see and do. There is a certain charm about it that makes it so alluring.

A lot of the things you can see and do are often found in the older parts of the city. But not only that, this city allows you the chance to explore the beautiful country side of Taiwan. Which is something that really isn’t possible in Taipei or any other major cities in Taiwan.

So if you are wondering what things there are to do in the city of Hsinchu, you are in luck!

In this post we’ll be detailing the 12 best things you can see and do in the city of Hsinchu.

Are you ready?
